In just 30 days, all 42 units of our new construction project, Biltmore Place Phase II, were leased and housing residents. In eight months, all 240 units at Paddock at Grandview were leased and fully occupied. During a global pandemic, all 88 units at Walker Court were fully leased. As a company, Enfield Management achieved $958k gross revenue in 2019. Just one year later in 2020, Enfield Management had $1 million in gross revenue.

In addition to these community-based programs, we were able to sponsor nine law enforcement appreciation events between 2021 and 2022. We were also able to partner with the Nashville Food Project and the New Season Church to provide over 500 River Retreat, Parkwood Villa, and Biltmore Place residents with hot meals.
